Are you a high-energy agent that is motivated, and has great customer service skills? Do you have your own vehicle, ICBC experience, and a level 1 license? If so, we'd love to hear from you!
We are looking for an enthusiastic insurance agent with great customer service skills to service our busy dealerships!
Requirements:
- Providing excellent customer service to our clients at dealerships
- provide optional coverage quotes
- Cross-sell other Autoplan and replacement insurance products
- Build customer portfolios

Accounting Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant to join our financial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing daily accounting tasks that support the organization's financial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases
- Issue invoices to customers, reconcile invoices, and identify discrepancies
- Communicate with clients and other stakeholders as needed
- Process employee reimbursements and customer refunds
- Perform bank and commission reconciliations
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual audits
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
- Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping procedures
- Familiarity with finance regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent math skills and attention to detail for identifying numerical errors
- Proficient in MS Excel and experience with accounting software (Sage 50)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
