Life Insurance Administrator – InsureBC (Port Coquitlam)

InsureBC Financial Services is the Life Insurance Division supporting over 90 offices in the InsureBC group of companies.

Life Insurance Administrator

As the Life Insurance Administrator for InsureBC Financial Services, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting personal Life Insurance and Group Benefit sales and service
  • Providing policy service for a large block of existing clients
  • Running quotes, ordering medicals, following up on pending business
  • Contracting new agents and organizing transfers of business
  • Commission distribution
  • Digital support for online projects
  • Assisting in marketing and sales campaign administration
  • Providing administrative services and client liaison

Who you are:

To be a successful candidate you will have experience in a life insurance administrative role, be able to multitask and have solid Microsoft Office Suite and tech skills.

Road Agent - Autoplan

  • Providing excellent customer service to our clients at dealerships
  • provide optional coverage quotes
  • Cross-sell other Autoplan and replacement insurance products

  • Strong customer service, & time management skills  
  • A desire to work well in a team environment
